All proprietary algorithms, mathematical models, and custom software code developed by our engineers remain the exclusive property of AxiomTech. We don't just sell software; we license the peak of mathematical innovation. Your usage is restricted to the specific parameters defined in your individual service level agreement (SLA).

02. Liability
While our ML integrations are advanced, we don't guarantee 100% predictive accuracy. AI is a tool, not a crystal ball. AxiomTech is not liable for data-driven decisions that don't pan out. Use our analytics at your own discretion.
03. Data Access
Access to our API requires valid authentication protocols. We monitor all request traffic to prevent system abuse. Why? Because security isn't just a feature—it's the core of our tech architecture. Under no circumstances should you share unique keys.
Service Evolution
Technology moves fast. We reserve the right to evolve our interfaces, deprecate legacy algorithms, and push mandatory updates to ensure system stability. We'll usually give you 30 days' notice. Do you want to stay on the cutting edge? Then you'll need to stay updated.
